Yuchai Remanufacture Industry ( Suzhou ) Co., Ltd. is a sino-foreign joint-venture between Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and Caterpillar ( China ) Investment Co., Ltd.. The company totally invested 50 million US dollars, with the registered capital of 20 million US dollars. Yuchai has 51% stake while Caterpillar owns 49%. Relying on its parent companies strength, the company remanufactures the spare parts and complete machine of Yuchai’s products and also some of Cat’s.
