Zhuhai Yuchai hold a second meeting of the 1st Board meeting

In 14th of April, 2010, Zhuhai Yuchai Marine Power Co.,Ltd second meeting of the first Board meeting was held at sixth floor conference room in Yuchai Group. The meeting was presided by Zhuhai Yuchai president--Jiang Shihong, and other board directors: Wang Hong, Huang Zhenping, Tang Zhihui attend the meeting, supervisors representative Zhang Chi, Zhuhai Yuchai Company  secretary Yutian Liang, Wei Xiangdong also attended the meeting.

The meeting considered “organization and functional department design”, “human resources planning and salary program reports" at total  12 proposals, has established the company's organizational structure and management team members, clearly the next step of the project construction and investment development. Jiang Shihong said, Zhuhai Yuchai will promote the project construction effectively; put full effort to promote Zhuhai Yuchai become a new growth point of Yuchai Group as soon as possible
