Zhuhai Yuchai held trade union inaugural meeting

In the evening of March 29, Zhuhai Yuchai held trade union inaugural meeting in the company conference room, Party Branch secretary Yan Yiyong and 15 union members attended the meeting. Union organizing team member- Yu Tianliang presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Yu Tianliang read a list of candidates for trade union committee. After the vote by member deputy, Yutian Liang, Huang De, Qiao Tingting were elected as the trade union committee members, Yu Tianliang as the union president, Huang De as the audited member, Qiao Tingting as the women member. Then, the newly elected union president Yu Tianliang speak which representative of the first trade union committee. He said that in future work, the union will be effectively in-depth to know about the staff, help employees solve their problems.

The meeting also focuses on the company's “labor contract regulations”, “labor protection management system”,
“Employees vocation regulations" and “salary distribution plan" for the assessment and proposed revisions.

Finally, Yu Tianliang introduced this year's main ideas of trade union work, with “stimulate vitality, focus on rights, assist development" policy, presented the main points of trade union’s  work from the employees’ life, work, study, entertainment and other aspects, to seek benefits for the staff.
