Zhuhai Yuchai entered steel structural lifting phase

In January 15, Zhuhai Yuchai machining workshop construction entered steel structural lifting phase, which symbolizes the Zhuhai Yuchai 2-S projects into the ground-based operations, also means in the next few months, Zhuhai Yuchai's modern steel plant will be erected at the mouth of Zhuhai - Yamen waterway.

At the end of 18th January, Zhuhai Yuchai has been completed the single units of 52 tons of steel column structure lifting. At the present progress, 1-18 axis columns loading are completed in mid-February. Test bed and other equipments installation are working overtime to cast base to ensure that equipment installed complete in March.

Machining and assembly workshop construction is the most important part to achieve company first phase target, which completion will effectively ensure the company 2011 production and operations.

The plant height up to 36 meters, and  covers an area of 47,000 square meters, two 250-ton crane installation completed (the engine maximum weight 480 tons). The completed factory will be the largest and highest plant in southern China.
