Yan Ping examined Zhuhai Yuchai project development

In January 4, Yuchai Group Chairman Yan Ping and President Gu Tangsheng come to Zhuhai Yuchai and examined the project progress. Mayor Zhong Shijian, executive vice Mayor Liu Xiaolong, Party Secretary Jiao Lansheng and Doumen District Head Liang Yuan Dong and other officers took part in the investigating the project, Zhuhai Yuchai's chairman Jiang Shihong, Executive Vice President Hu Xuenan warmly received the guests.

Yan Ping and his group took a look at the project construction site, and Jiang Shihong reported the project progress. At present the whole plant construction has been completed the filling and soft ground treatment, the part of assembly workshop (underground and infrastructure) have been completed. From mid-January, steel construction will be start soon, and expected to complete in March. According to the current construction schedule, the company will enter the pre-assembly stage in June, and delivery first engine at the end of the year as scheduled. After Jiang Shihong's report, Yan Ping was very satisfied to the construction progress. Zhong Shijian said the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government and various departments will give full support to Yuchai construction and production, will fully help to solve the problems happen during the construction.

Later, Yan Ping arrived at the company's temporary office space, and has a meeting with the Company management team and technical consultants. When Yan Ping known the consultants who are domestic top-level experts and many employees are key talents within the industry, he was full confidence to the project development. Yan Ping said, talent is the core element of organization development, Zhuhai Yuchai should focus on human care and the enterprise culture building, to retain talent in various ways. To the end, he specifically asked the company to solve the landing problem for employees as soon as possible.
