Trade Union Establishing Conference of Zhuhai Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd.

In the night of March 29th, Trade Union Establishing Conference of Zhuhai Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room on the 4th floor. Party branch secretary Yan Yiyong was invited to the conference. The conference was hosted by Yu Tianliang-a member of Trade Union Preparing Group, and 16 union member councilors from different departments attended the conference.

According to election agenda, Yu Tianliang read the list of candidates of Trade Union Committee, and deliberated and passed the list of scrutineers, tellers and vote counters. Yu Tianliang, Huang De and Qiao Tingting were selected as members of the Trade Union Committee, and Yu Tianliang was selected as Labor Union chairman, Huang De as member of Economic Examination Committee and Qiao Tingting as member of Workwoman Committee.

Later, the selected chairman Yu Tianliang, on behalf of the 1st Trade Union Committee made a speech, and expressed that Trade Union would godeepamongthe employees and help them out. The conference reviewed corporateCriterion of Labor Contract Management, Staff Labor Protection Management System, Staff Holiday Management Regulations and Salary Distribution Plan, and gave modification suggestions.

Finally, Yu Tianliang explained Trade Union’s main work ideas this year: Main policy of motivating vigor, emphasizing equity and assisting development, work essentials in life, work, learning and entertainment of employees, and seek welfare for employees.
